The Product Operations Team is the core support unit of Yoma Car Share’s rental service. They ensure that members can easily rent a wide selection of vehicles anytime and anywhere through the Mobile App. Their role is to integrate technology with operational excellence, enabling timely, reliable, and high-quality service at Yoma Car Share Rental Hubs in Yangon, Mandalay, and across the country.
Ensuring Smooth Reservation Management
Once a member confirms a reservation in the Mobile App, our system automatically initiates a streamlined process from checking vehicle availability to preparing essential trip details. The Product Operations Team closely monitors and coordinates these steps to ensure a flawless start to every rental.
Maintaining Cars to Be Rental-Ready Anytime, Anywhere
Before each reservation begins, the designated Rental Hub teams carry out cleaning, regular maintenance, and comprehensive safety checks. These processes ensure that every car is fully prepared and in optimal condition before it is rented out.
Supporting a Smooth Journey During the Rental
As Yoma Car Share operates through technology-driven automated services, the Product Operations Team works continuously to provide accurate, timely operational support. They promptly resolve any issues encountered during the rental period, ensuring a safe and worry-free journey for all members.
Managing the Post-Trip Experience
After each trip, the team inspects the vehicle’s condition upon return. If any personal items are left behind, they ensure these are properly handled and safely returned to the Relevant member. Through our automated system, timely notifications are sent as needed. Any required repairs or adjustments are also completed promptly so that the next member can enjoy a dependable experience with confidence.
